Yes You Can Mama

As a mother of three boys under four (including 6 month old twins! I know how both exhausting, daunting, and difficult it may to prioritize time for you. Whether it's the management of schedules, your own energy levels, or the 100 distractions that get thrown your way, it's easy to throw the town in, or put yourself on the back burner.

 

But I'm here to remind you, your body is capable of incredible things! It is the only home you get for life and your baby's first home for 10 months. It creates life, expands, shifts organs, and somehow knows how to do all that and come back to a functional human (with little to no sleep). 

Whether you are nurturing and strengthening to prep for the big day or recovering and strengthening post-delivery, it's so important for you to be the best you for both you and your new little love.  

So now is the time to set aside time that you deserve to ensure your home, your babies home, and your miraculous body is prepped and healed both physically, mentally and spiritually. 

You don't need to do it alone. It takes a village. Let's do it together!
